Hole Host (Internal 10-20 Positions Available)
Serve at one of our specialty or sponsor holes by welcoming golfers, explaining the activity, assisting participants, and helping create a fun atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome golfers as they arrive
-Explain contest rules or hole activities
-Encourage participation
-Assist with scorecards or measurements if needed
-Represent Park Chapel with hospitality and enthusiasm

Registration Team (Internal 3–5 Volunteers)
Help golfers check in and prepare for the afternoon.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome participants
-Assist with check-in
-Answer basic event questions
-Direct golfers to carts and starting locations

Setup Team
Help prepare the course and event areas before golfers arrive.
Responsibilities:
-Place signage and sponsor materials
-Set up registration area
-Prepare contest holes
-Assist with general event setup
