All 5th and 6th grade boys will practice one evening a week, with practices beginning the week of December 8th. Games will be scheduled on Saturdays, beginning January 10th.

Registration for basketball players includes Jersey tops!

I understand that my child is required to attend ONE of the MANDATORY evaluations in order to participate in the Park Chapel Sports Program. Listed are the Evaluation Nights offered, please select the best one that fits your availability (you may change your evaluation night at anytime, no need to let us know!) During your evaluation, be prepared to fill out additional paperwork, have your child fitted for uniforms, and complete a skills evaluation in the gym.

Basketball - 5th and 6th Grade - Thursday, November 6th, from 6:45 - 7:45 pm Basketball - 5th and 6th Grade - Saturday, November 8th, from 11:00am-12:00pm

I understand that team requests will not be honored. I also understand that coach requests will not be honored. I understand t-shirt and uniform orders are final and that no refunds or re-orders can be made.
