Scheduling: Usage must be scheduled minimum 30 days in advance and approved by the church office to avoid conflicts with church activities. Park Chapel’s programs take priority. Facilities are unavailable from Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
Eligibility & Event Alignment: Events hosted at Park Chapel should reflect Christian values, promote community enrichment, be consistent with our mission to follow Jesus and make Him known, and avoid content, behavior or entertainment contrary to our faith teachings.
Payment: Fees can be paid online with the Facility Usage Agreement or separately by cash or check and due 7 days before the start date.
Facility Care: Organizations must maintain clean and undamaged facilities. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning or repairs.
Room Setup: Tables and chairs are available for your use; however, renters are responsible for arranging the space to meet their specific event needs. All rooms must be returned to their original setup and condition.
Insurance: Organizations must provide proof of liability insurance or sign a liability waiver as part of the usage agreement.
Technical Information: Classrooms are equipped with 4K HDMI Apple TVs, DVD players, and guest Wi-Fi. The Family Room has additional A/V options. ProPresenter is used instead of PowerPoint; contact Production Staff for workarounds or A/V consultations.
